Every morning and every afternoon you will be introduced to different methods to recharge, reboot, restore, and dive deeper into your soul. With a small intimate retreat class size, you will be able to get personalized attention and comfort to deeply explore your practice. Classes are tailored for all levels, including complete beginners and those with an already-established practice.
